Are You Psychic? informs school-age children about everything from the intriguing science and history behind mysterious paranormal phenomena, to the tricks that phony psychics use to fool us.
School Library Journal described the book as a “snazzy package … that late elementary, early middle school aged kids love.”
Children Have Power is a gift of drawings and letters from the students of Pierre Elliott Trudeau Elementary School in Quebec and Lady Evelyn School in Ontario on the occasion of First Nations youth visiting the United Nations Committee on the Rights of the Child in Geneva, Switzerland. The students wanted these young people to know that they are standing with them as they advocate for First Nations children to have the same rights as all other children in Canada.
Technical reports can be long, information-heavy documents. But this doesn’t mean they need to be a difficult experience. The key to keeping readers engaged is a clear visual structure, punctuated by supporting graphics that are easy to understand. These are just are few of the many reports that I’ve designed.
